All the downloadable forms are saved in  Adobe .pdf  format, and it will be necessary to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you don't already have a copy of the Acrobat Reader, you can get a copy, free at the Adobe Web Site. After filling out the forms, the forms can be mailed or taken into the church office, which is located at 900 H Street, here in Bakersfield.
