As members of St. Francis of Assisi’s Catholic Healing Professionals, our goal is the spiritual and emotional healing and well-being of all those God brings to our church doors. With God’s grace, we will use our professional skills and a gentle encouragement toward Scripture, personal prayer and the Sacraments.

We have an outstanding counseling team at St. Francis with experienced Catholic therapists and spiritual directors who are committed to the Lord and to giving compassionate care to hundreds of parishioners There is something for everyone here.

Joi Bourne – LMFT the Counseling Coordinator for St. Francis of Assisi Parish with over 40 years of experience in working with adults, relation-ships, children, and support groups. I am also a Life Coach and do pre-marriage preparation and work with couples in crisis. 661-340-6530
Diana Othart – LMFT has experience with families, couples, individuals and children. Diana works exclusively at St. Francis School and does pre-marriage preparation for the parish.
Martin Flores – AMFT (bilingual) is a Spiritual Director and has certifications in and specializes in several areas: anger management, brain injury, hypnosis and he is a Master Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Martin also helps with pre-marriage preparation. 661-932-6459
Arturo Figueroa – LCSW (bilingual) has many years of experience in working with addictions. He sees individuals as well as holds support group sessions. 661-444-6943
