Youth

Youth Ministry at St. Francis Parish

St. Francis offers a comprehensive youth ministry program that follows the Church's mandate to make Jesus the center of everything that we do. Our high school teens are placed in an environment where they have the opportunity to grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ and His Church. Our youth ministry is designed to reach out and meet the needs of all teens of different backgrounds, cultures, interests, talents, and spiritual maturity.

Little Flower Society

The Little Flower Society (LFS) seeks to share the love and Word of God through doing “the little things” to help those in need. Our patron Saint, St. Therese of Lisieux, lived a simple life devoted to trusting in God for all her needs. LFS is committed to assisting individuals with immediate housing, closing, and food needs while also providing prayer and spiritual support.

RCIC

RCIC is the process for children, 9th-12th grade, to become full, active members of the Catholic Church.  In our program, you connect with a small group, with members just like yourself, who desire to know more about the Catholic faith.

Religious Education

Our classes are for children beginning in 1st grade. We provide classes for the blessed Sacraments of Baptism, First Reconciliation and First Communion. We encourage families to renew and deepen their faith by offering parents classes, as well assisting them to complete their Sacraments. When these sacraments are achieved, we promote continuing the lifelong journey that is religious education as a family.

Next Gen Bible Study

The Next Gen Bible study is an integrated group where we go over the readings that will be read during mass to get a better understanding and interpretation; not only for our Catholic faith but what is going on during mass. It is an integrated group where we hope to bridge the gab between the more seasoned Catholics to the newest or less informed people that form our church. We believe that unity and education on our faith we can help strengthen us as a whole. One of our goals is creating an environment where families can cone and ask the questions or get the information that we are looking for in regards to their faith. Kids are welcomed at the bible study.

Every Wednesday at 6PM in the Youth Center.
